Hello, since at least 1 December, the Copilot Studio user license no longer works to access the Copilot Studio portal at copilotstudio.microsoft.com.
I have several user accounts with the license, but as of this week, they can no longer access the portal. The portal informs the sign-up was disabled. It is the same message as when an account does not have a license. Last week, the portal was available with the same configuration and license. I assume Microsoft has changed something on 1 December.

Any advice or known bugs for that case?
