App crashes when add attachment

Hi. I'm in trouble with my powerapps. Everytime I try to add a attachment in my app, the app closes and return to initial page. This event occurs only in my tablet, at the time that i take de picture and submit it; while i'm using by smartphone, i can easily add my files. I am using SharePoint list as my database.

I hope you may help me at this situation.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Since the App would work fine in a mobile phone, there should be nothing wrong with the App itself. Could you please confirm that are their OSs the same? If not, I think the issue could be from the tablet. Maybe about the OS, maybe the adaptability of PowerApps Mobile client for this OS.

I'm having this same issue with my mobile PowerApp. I created a canvas app that uses a SharePoint List as the data source. We are piloting the app with a field manager. He reported that the app randomly navigates to the welcome page. This is only happening while he is adding attachments to the form. When it occurs, he obviously loses his attachments. In this case, the attachments are photos he took directly from the attachment control in the form. I would really like to know any possible reasons an app would leave a form and return to the welcome page. Although, it definitely appears that something about the attachment control is causing this issue.

Any solution or the way to trace the issue? I have same problem on my Xiaomi mobile
