Power Apps - Showing network error when using the shared email address in the form & tab indexing issue.

1. I have field in my power apps form called "Request Owner" connected with SharePoint list, when I entered the shared email id there it shows an error "Network error when using Patch function", but it is working fine with personal email id. could you please assist to resolve that.

2. In the same Power Apps form, keyboard Tab indexing function is not working properly and skipping/jumping off some field in the form and moving to others. I do have developed where some field gets hidden based on dropdown selection, so any advice how Tab button would work properly without skipping any field irrespective of any dropdown selection. Manually I gave indexing to all the field but it is working only for 1 type of dropdown selection , not for other.

    Hi @Kuma0002 ,

For the first question, only users listed in Azure AD can be added into SP person column. For the second question, have you tried to make all tab indexes default to 0?

    Best regards,

Okay but my question is how we can see only personal email id in Request Owner field , any change in sharepoint list setting for that particular field would work? do you have any idea?

for second line, yes, I have used 0 for all the tab index field but it wasn't working.

    Hi @Kuma0002 ,

You can simply set Choices(SPList.'Request Owner') in Items property. For some reason, if you have changed any settings in SP list, you'd better refresh the list connection in PowerApps, delete and add the data card into forms again.

My formula is > Item Property : Choices([@'Vendor Add Request Portal_Power_Apps'].'Request Owner')

    This is not working.

    Hi @Kuma0002 ,

You need to go to App details page and change App name in Settings:

    Hi @Kuma0002 ,

The account you are using to log in to PowerApps is not an owner/co-owner of this App. You can see the Edit button is greyed out as well.

    Best regards,
