Skip adaptive card if user hasn't clicked submit button Microsoft copilot studio

Hi,
 
I am using Adaptive card for getting feedback for the response and If user skipped the adaptive card by giving another query. It should move to the other conditions or other topics but currently it is going to escalate topic.
 
Can any one help me how to skip the Adaptive Card and move to other conditions. How to handle this scenario.
 
I gave don't repeat so its not repeating but going to escalate topic.

    Step1: Select the topics that can interrupt this adaptive card in the below setting. Ideally, select all or select needed topics.
     


     
    Step 2: In the topic that you are redirecting from this adaptive card, after all the nodes ensure to keep the end conversation node, so that it wouldn't return to the adaptive card again.

    Sme issue with me. I'm looking for a smoother topic closure when user does not answer the adaptive card but instead starts a new conversation. this is leading to escalation topic. It's unclear where it is getting triggered from.
