I have a form with a dropdown with a filter applied.
When i run the app the names are filtered and I can select one but when i submit the form the Eployee Column on SP is blank.
Any ideas? Couple of extra images of the card settings.
What field type is the Eployee column?

Column is text, the issue is that im trying to reference another list " Emplyees" to the dropdown and that selection is what i wnat on the form to be sent to the SP list.

if default is empty it will return blank value so check
set it to default

That seems to update it but no my dropdown is wroking but i cant see any text, i can scroll and select and the SP list adds a name. I checked the colour settings but?

That doesnt error but nothing in the dropdown.
On my FX the compliance asset value in the dropdwon is blank on my SP list, and when you select a random blank dropdown it is pulling through the employee name but How do you change the compliance asset id dropdown to be unlocked so i can choose emplyee name.
