Some users don't see the changes made to my chatbot

Hello!
There are some user who are having problems with my chatbot.
I made changes related with the bot's answer to the topics it doesn´t find, but some users don't see that updates. Instead, they see the chatbot's responses as they were before making the changes.

Any idea about what I can do to get everyone updated?

Hi @Valenr23,

Just to double check, you published the bot after the changes? Maybe it is worth a try to republish it again.

As far as am I aware the changes should be available 'in about a minute' according the notification in the screenshot below.

I know when testing that I have to type 'Start over' to my bot from the front end for the bot to update and get the latest changes.

I'm assuming the bot updates on its own, I'm just not familiar with the frequency, it could be that after a day it will update unless you force it to update with 'start over'.

Note, the 'start over' command will need to be done by the user interacting with the bot so... not much you can do except tell your users to use 'start over'. Unless you know the frequency and tell them to wait x number of min/hours/days before the bot auto updates.
