Get File Path using One Drive - A potentially dangerous Request Path error.

I have a Microsoft form which allows users to upload an attachment, upon the form submission I am wanting to email a copy of the attachment to someone for review an approval. I have a flow which I have built previously which works fine. 
 
I have replicated that flow to this new form updating the file path accordingly. But the flow keeps failing, the error I am getting is as follows:
 

Action 'Get_file_content_using_path' failed: A potentially dangerous Request.Path value was detected from the client (?).
 
Does anyone know how I overcome this issue?
