I am trying to create an app on Power Apps using the "Express Design" method that is/should be available (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/express-design). However, when I follow the steps, I don't see any option for uploading an image (as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/app-from-image). Is that because it is not available for any GCC tenants? Or is it because the default value for "powerPlatform.powerApps.disableCreateFromImage" (see first link) has already been changed to True by someone else?
I'm not sure about GCC tenants but it's definitely not available in DoD. Even new environments don't have this ability. These are cool features but generally you probably will have better luck with an app template or starting with a 'page design'.
If you really want to try it out, you can register for a free developer account and test it in your personal tenant. You can then export a solution you created into from your personal tenant into the GCC tenant to get all the end-product loaded in there.
