Dynamic Question Component , store response, save to sharepoint list

Hello there much appreciated any guidance on this task.

We want to be able to dynamically pass questions into a component based on questions from a sharepoint list. The questions may change frequently so we dont want to hard code the questions.  We will need to store the question asked as a variable because the presented question will always be pulled from the latest bank of questions.

We also need to store the variable from a dropdown response.  I am unsure how to access the variables to then be able to update or create items in a sharepoint list.  Is there a way to store these variables in specific sharepoint list column using the current index or should I use a power automate flow to retrieve the variables ?

Any tutorial or guides would be great.

Thanks
