Incomplete documentation around Configure user authentication with Microsoft Entra ID

The documentation Configure user authentication with Microsoft Entra ID (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/configuration-authentication-azure-ad) is missing information about the Resource URL in Configure manual authentication section.
 
Where can I find the Resource URL? Which resource we are talking about?
