Add custom Table to Dynamic Text options for email template

Hi,

Wondering how to add a Custom Table and its fields to the selection window for adding Dynamic Text.

When creating the template in the first place, I selected Global since my custom Table wasn't in the list

Maybes its just a permission thing

    Got this almost working thanks to this post

    with the exception of related entities. I need to pull say an Account Name and Contact Name.

    an example of using text field from my custom table is 

    {!crbxxCustomTableName:crbxx_columnname;}
