Rename of BOT not working

I have renamed a BOT and Published it. It shows up with the correct updated name in Teams searches and, when found, the About tab shows the correct name.  But once the BOT is engaged, it's name shows the old name.

    Hi,

    Clear the Teams cache and see if it works. If it doesn't work, please create the Support request with the bot zip file to investigate further. Is it just you or other users are facing the same issue?

    Teams cache clear didn't work. Below are the steps I took to rename.

    1. Export Chatbot.
    2. Update XML files to rename Chatbot.
    3. Save the files.
    4. Import the Chatbot Files.
    5. Chatbot imported with new name.
    6. Delete previous chatbot.
