Retaining the field value even after submitting the form

Hi Fiends,

I have created below form(Please refer the screenshot) based on share point list.(Sorry have to mask the information as per org policy).

If user selects the option from drop down and submits, all fields will get restore to original values.

I want to retain the user selected values in the fields even after user submits the form so that user can be aware of the selection what he has made?

Also is it possible to send an email to user, with list of his responses to the questions once he submits?

Can you please help on how to achieve this? Your help is very much appreciated!

Below is the screenshot for the reference:

    @vinmam123 ,

    You can find the Last submitted form data in LastSubmit parameter.

    Set the default value of each datacard value to Form.LastSubmit.NameOfTheColumn.

    To send an email to user you the data he submitted you can use the OnSucces() property and from Outlook 365 connector the sendemail() function.
