Users Can't Open Shared App

Hi everyone, 

 

I have an urgent problem as I am supposed to launch this app to shopfloor tomorrow. 

 

I have shared it with users and selected "Common Data Service User" as their security permission. When they open powerapps and go to run the app, the play button is greyed out (attached) and can't be selected. When they click on the app as if they were to play it, a new tab opens with the attached error. 

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    Have you created a security role that gives access to your custom entities and then given that role to your users? Take a look at this article
