Display half of the screen in Power BI visual

Helo everyone,

I'm not sure whether I need to ask Power BI forum or this forum but I give it a try.

I've created PowerApps which I need only half of the screen appear in the visual of my Power BI. How to do that ?

The screen is actually have some hidden galery, text input and HTML input which I do not need to display, instead there is one button only to run Flow. This button only what I want to show in Power BI visual. I check in there is nothing like crop and if I resize the visual, my apps display turned smaller.

Thanks,

    Hi @Axal ,

Do you mean you only want to show half of size of App canvas in PowerBI?

I'm afraid that when we create a new app from the PowerBI visualization, the App screen size can't be customized, it always be 9:16 size.

However we can choose a custom screen size app instead of creating an app in the PowerApps visualization, the visualization would be any size you want.

You should first create an app, modify the size you want, and select 'choose app' in PowerApp visualization, the visual prompts you to open the app in PowerApps. The visual then sets up the required components in your app so that Power BI can send data to PowerApps. For more information, please check this article: PowerApps custom visual for Power BI .

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Sik
