I had set Azure AD as the default identity provider for my site. I then configured Azure AD B2C and wanted to give the end user the option to choose between the two. But, clicking "Remove as Default" does not seem to work. I had to try clicking that option multiple time before it took effect.

Even after clicking Ok, the Azure AD was still the default. I had to do it a second time before it took effect.

The only way it worked was to select "Remove as Default" once again. The first time the change was not effective, but on trying again it worked. Just an unresponsive UI issue I presume.
