Is it possible to make drawings and annotations to images from a powerapps app?
For instance:
1- Create an application in which I can take photos of a document, those documents will be saved in sharepoint list.
2- Load the image in the powerapps app and from the app to be able to write or draw over the image, and save it.

it does not merge the files, so you do have to view these markups in powerapps

As for marking up and saving an image in SharePoint for use outside of PowerApps using only the non-premium tools, someone can correct me if it has changed recently, I do not believe that is a function available to us yet.
