Chatbot survey style is different from the test result

Hi All ~

I have developed my chatbot within MS Teams. But I found that chatbot survey after publishing is different from my test, In the test, the survey style can be directly selected by mouse, but after publishing, user needs to input 1~5, it is Not Cool~
I don't know what's wrong? How do I get the survey style pattern and test results of chatbot to be the same after publishing?

 

Can someone pls guide me. thank you.
