Hi,
I have a flow that create tasks and then add those tasks to the default queue of the task owner. (by creating a queue item record). It all works well; but I can't see the queue item under users' default queues; neither via advanced find. I can see only the queue item created for my own task; not others'. But when I open other tasks created and click on the ribbon button "Queue Item Details" it opens up those queue item record that means they exist. Any idea why this behaves in this manner or am I doing something wrong here?
Thank you
Hi @SachV ,
Could you please share more details about your scenario and the Flow? Are you working on a Model-driven apps app?
If so, have you tried to change the Queue Type from Private to Public? According to below thread:
And based on below Blog, I suppose that assign tasks to a team is better than to a particular user:
BTW, it would be better for you to post questions under “Microsoft Dataverse” if you are working on a Model-driven app since our partners are more familiar with this kind of issues in there and would more often focus on as well.
Hope this helps.
