Hi all,

I have made an PowerForm and i have a multiline text field with the option: "Append to changes to the existing text". Now i want in edit modus, that i see the history of the item changes. I'm looking for a method, what do you suggest? Do i need Power Automate or or will work PowerApp only also? I saw this awesome video but @Reza doens't use the option: "Append to changes to the existing text"

I have build the solution from the video from Reza, really awesome:)

Problem is, that the SP List comes from an migration and they use "append to text is". Maybe i can store it to new column and use this new solution.

If I understand correctly, every time you append you can save the result to a collection.

Then, when in edit mode, you can display the collection items, as they would be the historic.

Let me know if I'm missing something!
