Hello all,

Unfortunately, my storage capacity on Dataverse has exceeded for my app (15 GB instead of 12 GB max).

Use of Files : 9 GB, Use of Databases : 9 GB on my App.

I have created 14 tables and I have a massive number of versions (almost 1000...). If I remove the most of these versions, is my application work again ?

One of these tables has 800 records.

Do you have any advice to give me please ?

you should start to see how the capacity is used, you can find some details by going to:
https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity#environments
and click on the Details icon of the selected environment
based on how the data is occupied you can start to decide how to free the space

Hi @Samny_98 ,

When you say "versions" are you talking about audit records for those tables, can you help clarify your versions comment for me? If you remove audit history this will clear significant space. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/recover-database-space-deleting-audit-logs#:~:text=In%20the%20Power%20Platform%20admin,command%20bar%2C%20choose%20Delete%20Logs.

There are also new capabilities and configurations around auditing, please see the following where you can setup retention policies for Dataverse (by default it will be set to forever): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/audit-data-user-activity

Hi @dpoggemann
When I say "Versions" , I want to say when we click on Power Apps, on the Application Tab, I have 972 versions of my App..., I can restore or delete these versions.
