I need to add 3 text fields to a table, im doing the same as in the video but the icons don't have any function. Any idea what I need to apply?I'm trying the 'new item' and 'next arrow' icon but they're not doing anything, if i could get them to work as how they do in the video that would be great
@BradStarkey could you share a Screenshot of your app and some more details what you have done so far and what is not working... That would be great.
This is the front end so far, this is fine but the icons should lead to more pages as seen in the video
here is the back end, i just need the edit function to write into the table
@BradStarkey so you created an app based on existing data. These kind of apps will come with all the basic functionalities as seen in the video. And you say none of the icons work while in preview mode? So did you pressed the preview icon on the upper right side of powerapps studio?
No there is no existing data, what’s in the screenshot was just a test that I entered manually. I used the new screen > list screen but it doesn’t use any of the functions
@BradStarkey what I meant is that the app with all the controls got created by powerapps. When you click on the plus icon does it navigate to the new screen?
Oh I see what you mean, yes it’s from the new screen templates and no it doesn’t navigate to a new screen. It doesn’t have any formula or properties if that helps
@BradStarkey so there is no Formular in the OnSelect Property of the plus icon? Could you provide a Screenshot?
