Web page keeps 'losing' reference to entity list

Hi all

We are encountering a strange behaviour with one of our portal web pages. We have a couple of web pages which include an entity list in them. From the lists we have enabled actions including Create new record. However one of the forms keeps losing the reference to the entity list. We have to re add the list, in the studio app, using the 'Use existing' radio button and point to the saved view (Table, and Views). This doesn't always work first time and sometimes we have to leave the change for a few minutes for the change to take affect. Has anyone else experienced this strange behaviour and if you did what was the fix?

Thanks

I will give it a try to see if the same happens to me. This could be an issue with the Portal Studio, to avoid this you can use the Portal Management App instead, this should be more stable.

    Hi @paulinolan

As @OliverRodrigues  mentioned. Portal management is stable and you can map your entities list and forms there.

Have checked the issue on portal studio. It seems like you are right it is a bit skeptical for me as well.

Here are the steps I have tried.

    1. Close all your browser windows.

    2. Log into https://make.preview.powerapps.com/

    3. Edit your portal app there. Add your forms. Press sync configuration

Now close all your browser windows.

    1. Log in to make.powerapps.com

    2. Edit the portal app in studio

    3. Make sure you can see your changes

    4. Now press the sync config

For me, it has solved the issue and is stable now.

    NB: This is a workaround.

I would recommend you raise the ticket with Microsoft.

    Hope it helps.
