Hi,
As subjected, can we delete a record with with Business Process Flow ? Lets say within certain condition, if this condition meet / does not meet, delete the record.
Thanks,
Hi @Voltes ,
You can execute a workflow within the context of a stage or globally within the Business Process Flow but it is the workflow that is doing the delete, not the BPF. Another approach would be to do with Power Automate flow based on a trigger of a certain condition.
Hope this helps. Please accept if answers your question or Like if helps in any way.

BPFs include Workflow steps that can execute when entering or leaving a BPF stage. You can have the workflow do your validation and delete.
You can also fire a Flow from BPFs on a "Flow Button", but it prompts for AD creds even though people are logged in, which users often find irksome.
Hi both,
Any good YouTube video how to setup all this ? I look for this BPF thing, but usually only give an example of change some value / stages and stuff, not delete the record.
As well as about the Workflow, haven't found a good video example.
Some examples:

Hopefully these help.
Dear Voltes,
As per Out of box behavior we cannot delete a record from Business Process flow,
Instead you can use any one of the flow to achieve the same
1. Create an action and call the action from the BPF to delete a record
2. Create a workflow and on change of BPF trigger the workflow to delete a record(based on a field)
Hi @rampprakash
Any video for the deletion using the action stuff ? (no 1)
Hi Voltas,
There is no video available, I will do the same and update you,
For now I have written blog please find the link below
