Capacity summary shows I have 0MB of space

Hi,

I have a tenant that currently doesn't have any capacity in the dataverse. When I looked at the summary, it looked like the following:

I was wondering would I need to purchase various licenses in order to get some space I could use? I have a different tenant, which doesn't have paid licenses. But it would have 10 GB available for use right away.

Sincerely,

Jason

    Do you have any dataverse environment in your Tenant?

    @Mira_Ghaly ,

    I have the default environment:

    I have noticed that the State is "Failed". I looked at the history and it was deleted in early March and there was an attempt to recover it, but it failed.

    This tenant was originally created a few years ago, but we didn't attempt to use the dataverse until recently. A member of the IT team suggested we could be using a legacy storage model and we don't get capacity until at least 1 paid PowerApps license is applied to the tenant. I'm not sure if this is the case.

    Try to create a new dataverse environment other than the default environment
