View Form Summary After Submit

Hi Experts,

I have a form name 'UXForm'

On the Submit Button I am using below formulas as of now:

After Navigation the screen2 is as below:

Now what I want to do is that, in this screen I want to display the Last Submitted Form Summary which the user had filled in the view mode and also give him the ability to edit the last submitted entries via button or in case he want to create new form via another button.

PLEASE HELP

Take out everything after SubmitForm() and put it in the OnSuccess property of the form.

Use Set(var,UXform.LastSubmit) to capture that record before resetting it. Use that variable as the item property of the viewform and editform for the user to examine and make changes if necessary.
