I make a form in that two form insert one form new from and 2nd edit form when i fill new form & save it as draft it will save all the data in share point list but even if i fill radio button value that also save in sharepoint list but when click on edit from its showing blank.

for radio control i fill follwing propertise:

item:Choices([@Acb_report].'Spring Charging Condition')

default:Parent.DataField

displaymode:Parent.DisplayMode
