Hi guys,

I have one list with 200 devices asigned to 200 users from 5 companies.

I want access to an App, see the list and with one click export 5 .csv to OneDrive , one for each company with the user and devices asigned.

How can I do this? maybe I need flow or something?

    Hi @SanchezCSG,

    Do you want to export 5 CSV files to a OneDrive folder within an app?

    Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

    If you want to export 5 CSV files to a OneDrive folder within an app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

    If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Kris

    Maybe this works for you. Create 1 power automate that you can start from a button un powerapps like in the image. If you have 5 companies, create 5 parallel branches in this power automate.

    Appreciate the quick response @SanchezCSG , thanks but the condition is

    for ex:- SharePoint lists is having data of one year (12 months ) and when  we filter gallery from start date:- jan 2022 to End date:- april 2022 and export to csv it should create 4 .csv files for each months, facing issue with creating more than 1 .csv file. start and end date can be changed by user to export.

    Hi @jaytavare18 ,

    You just need four exports with

    Filter(
     GalleryName.AllItems,
     DateField >= YourStartDate &&
     DateField <= YourEndDate
    )
