Hi All,

I have created a chatbot in Microsoft Teams. However, when I try to call a Power Automate flow within a topic and click Save, I receive the following error message

“We couldn’t save your topic. Check your connection and try again.”

If I remove the flow from the topic and then save it, the topic saves successfully. The same error message is shown below for reference. Could anyone please help me understand why this is happening?

If a Copilot Studio topic won’t save when connected to a Power Automate flow, the usual causes are environment mismatch, licensing or connector restrictions, broken or expired connections, or flow complexity. Make sure the bot and flow are in the same environment, required licenses are active, and only standard connectors are used. Re-authenticate connections, re-add the “Call a flow” action, and test with a minimal flow to isolate the issue. Use the Topic Checker or browser dev tools to surface hidden errors, and try saving from the web client instead of the Teams desktop app.
