Powerapp application send email via "Flows" fail - Connection not connected

We have a PowerApp that runs a flow that sends an email.  We use the user submitting account to send the email.  Is there a way in Powerapps to check if the current user's "Office 365 Outlook" connection status is "Connected"?  When a user changes their password the connection fails and therefore the email doesn't get sent.  I'd like to be able to check when the user starts the app to see if the connection is good.
 
Is this possible?
 
I'd also like to be able to tell who in the organization have non "Connected" connections - but I believe it is not available.
