Are the sessions you pay for concurrent?

The pricing is for 2000 sessions per month, are these 2000 concurrently or 2000 in total for the month for the entire business?

    @S-Lemon it is for 2000 sessions per month (it is a "billed session"). It is not a concurrent number of sessions.

    Page 7 of the document attached (Power Platform Licensing Guide).

    The document references "Billed Sessions" on page 7. This link and the first paragraph is good for that. View billed sessions (preview) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn

    You could start with PVA in Teams (if you have Microsoft Teams) and go further if you need more functionality (then deal with licensing).
