Can't connect to Sharepoint in app

Me and my colleagues are struggling with the Sharepoint connector. I can connect but my colleagues can't.

As we start to create an app they can't even see the text "Add connection".  see image below.

 

They able to create an app from a Sharepoint list and can create a connection from the start page of PA. (Data - Connection - Add connection) 

They got Office 365 E3 license 

 

Anyone know why?

    Hi @OlaH ,

    Have your colleages searched for the SharePoint connector, and if so, do they have shared access to a site and its lists?

    I'm afraid they can't even see "+ Add Connection" so they can't searce here.

    Could it be the choice of web browser?? One user replied that it works in Edge but not in Chrome.
