I am getting resource not found when trying to set up custom connection in PowerApps for Azure OpenAI GPT 4

Trying to create a chat interface in PowerApps for users to use  GPT 4 in Azure OpenAI. I am trying to set up a custom connection in PowerApps for Azure OpenAI GPT 4. But I am getting a resource not found when testing it and I can figure out what I am doing wrong.
