Is there a way to create a Task for each Email address entered as input for a Selected file?

For A selected file, the user will enter 1 or more email addresses. For each email user a Task will be created in the SharePoint Task List. My problem is that the Email addresses displays as one string. I need for each Email address to create tasks for each user. So, if there are 5 Email addresses entered then there should be 5 Tasks in the SharePoint Tasks list.

You will need to elaborate more than that for someone to be able to help you.

What do you mean create a task? Also, do you mean there are a list of emails in a file, like a csv file?
