Error Opening File - App not found (Unable to customize a form for sharepoint list)

Hello,

I'm getting this error message when trying to customize a form in a particular sharepoint list.

I've tried also changing the browser and incognito mode in Chrome with no success.

I can't get any error description or details from this list, so I'm clueless.

This is happening only in one list within the site. I can customize forms in other lists without problem.

Also tried to connect with Infopath (no success) to modify the form and then revert back to the default form so I could try again with powerapps.

Hi @jarmasTA,

How many columns and items do you have in this list? Did you have any special setting on this list? Are all the columns and list setting created from the exsiting setting in SharePoint? Please share the column types and settings in this specific list.

Is this happening to all the users in this list? Please try to change account and pc to test.

Also, try to clear cache and try again.

How many columns and items do you have in this list?: Today, 120 items, 14 columns:

3xLookups
4xDate
1xPerson
3xChoice
1xNumber
1xText (Single Line)
1xText (Multiple Lines)

Did you have any special setting on this list?: No special setting that I know.
Are all the columns and list setting created from the exsiting setting in SharePoint? Yes. The list was created the same way the other lists in the site.
Please share the column types and settings in this specific list. - Attached PntScn.

Is this happening to all the users in this list?: Yes.
Please try to change account and pc to test - Tried, same output.

Also, try to clear cache and try again. - Tried clearing cache and incognito mode / inPrivate mode, same output.

One thing, I successfully created an app connected to that list to be sure there was no problem with the columns, so the problem seems to be only with the form integration in the sharepoint list view.
