Create an app for data entry/saving/retrieving/exporting

Hi!

First of all, I am a complete PA newbie, having no experience on building PA at all. I have an urgent university project that requires me to build an app for data entry, storage, retrieving and possible exporting it into CSV format whenever possible, all done within the app. I searched through the templates and could not find one with this purpose. Appreciate any guides from anyone.

All PowerApps are designed to Create, Retrieve, Update and Delete data. The design of your app will depend on the nature of the data you wish to interact with. If you properly designed your tables you can create a fully functioning app within minutes. There is no template that meets your needs.

Please ask specific question instead of a vague concept.
