Hi,
I have an error while I'm trying to create my first bot.
I am in a trial environnement and the creation process is blocked on the second step, and finally I have an error.
Error message :
"We ran into a problem creating your bot
An unexpected error occurred while creating your bot.
The Virtual Agent environment you're looking for no longer exists.
Trace ID: mFX59"
The environment still exists and still appears in my administration center.
I tried with my usual user account, and with my administrator account, and it's the same issue.
Could you help me ?
