I am having an issue with receiving messages through the chatbot to a teams channel, if 'Joe Bloggs' raised a query which was posted to our teams channel, if there are 3 'Joe Bloggs' at our company, 3 messages will come through from each of their emails, however we don't know which one raised the query and which 2 are incorrect.
I assume this is being picked up through the email address as it pulls through any that include the user name. But I'm struggling to find a way to get rid of this, so the only message that appears in the teams channel is from the person that raised it.
Each user should also have an id (unique identifier). My suggestion would be to use that instead of the display name (which potentially can be the same)
Below is an example
