The bot works correctly in Test but fail to answer correctly after publishing to Teams

I created a bot linking an internal sharepoint contains document polices, it works correct when i test the bot, but after it is published in teams, it can not answer the same questions, seems it can not read the documents in sharepoint, how can i fix it?
