Issue with a multi-select option set field

Hi,

I have a multi-select field on a custom entity. I have a Global option set that is being referenced by this field. Also, I had a field in another entity that was referencing the same option set and that was working fine in my app. Now, this option set isnt working. When I add a form and select this field, it adds a combo box that keeps throwing an error "There was an error loading choices". I tried removing and adding the entity back into my app but nothing changed. I added another field to the same entity with the same option set to see if that made a diff, but it didn't. I am going to try to add the same multi-select option set field to another entity and see if that works. But if anyone of you knows why this is happening and how I can fix it, that will be super helpful!

If I add this same option set to a standard entity like Contacts, it works perfectly fine.

Also, it works perfectly fine in the model-driven app.

Ok, out of sheer desperation, I deleted the form and added it back. This seems to have corrected the issue. Weird. So if someone has any insights, it will still be useful to know why this was happening.

I'm facing the same issue. Things I tried:
1. Publish table
2. Refresh connection
3. Delete and re-add card
4. close tabs, clear cache, restart browser and add again.

Nothing works. I cannot delete the entire form. That will set me back days because of other customizations.

I encountered this error today; my fix was to add a new choice to my global choice set and reload the editor (what I wanted to do in my heart was refresh the choices like you would a table in the data tab, lol, but I guess this did the trick).

Figure I'd share since this seems to be a weird bug, and this was the only post Google found with an exact word match for the error.
