Integrate PVA with PBI

Hello!
I need to get the report that is inside the power virtual agents, in "analytics", and import it to the power BI.
I've seen that it's possible to do it using the Dataverse, and later loading the json files into Power BI (but if anyone knows any other way, it would be very useful as well.)
However, I would like to know if it is possible for the Power BI dashboard to be updated automatically as the PVA receives new interactions.

Have you looked at the Power Virtual Agents custom analytics solution?

This solution allows customers to create a Power BI dashboard for their Power Virtual Agents chatbots, and includes pre-created screens to show all-up performance, customer satisfaction, topics and transcripts. There are two versions of the solution, the base report found here (most users should start with this), and a high scale version , using Power BI Dataflows, for large bots

Hello!!
Thank you so much for answering me.
I had already seen this solution, but I understood that, in this way, the data isn't automatically updated in power BI, and that it's necessary to load new data to generate updated views.
Do you know if that way they're automatically updated in power BI, or if there's some other way to do it?

Sorry for the late reply! Yes absolutely, if you have a Power BI Pro or Premium license, you simply need to publish your report to Power BI and to configure a refresh cadence (Data refresh in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs)
