SharePoint Agents with Copilot Studio Credits

Can only Copilot Studio License holders create Agents?
We were planning to create Copilot Studio agents, but the direct integration into SharePoint is even better than what we were planning with.
Now we are waiting for the release, as there does not seem to be admin settings to enable or disable the SharePoint Agent creation.
 
We are looking for ways to get accurate tested information from, to not make the same mistakes others did that already have access to it.

    SharePoint Agents with Copilot Studio Credits
    Are there at least ways to limit the creation of new SharePoint Agents? We have limited capacities purchased for both M365 copilot and Copilot Studio Message tokens. (I also look for ways to assign those messages as they are typically only assigned to power platform enviornments)

    SharePoint Agents with Copilot Studio Credits
    Hello,
     
    users with M365 Copilot license and tenant users with Copilot Studio license enabled are able to create Sharepoint agents. See here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/get-started-with-agents-in-sharepoint-69e2faf9-2c1e-4baa-8305-23e625021bcf.
