I'd like some options on a dropdown list to only be visible under certain conditions.

For example i have two items in my dropdown, But if a text field is true id like it to add extra items to that dropdown box

    Hi @amyharkus86  , you can use a collection to facilitate the process

    for example:

    Clear(colMyItens);

    If( Text1.Text= "true" ,
     Collect(colMyItens,{Item: "A"}); Collect(colMyItens,{Item: "B"});Collect(colMyItens,{Item: "C"}); ,
     Collect(colMyItens,{Item: "FalseA"}); Collect(colMyItens,{Item: "FalseB"});Collect(colMyItens,{Item: "FalseC"}))

    And updating this collection, you just need to change the Items property to this new variable table !

    yes this is possible

    Let's say the dropdown should always have "Item1" and "Item2", but if the text input equals "true", it should also show "Item3" and "Item4".

    You can set the Items property of the dropdown to something like this:

    If(
     TextInput1.Text = "true",
     ["Item1", "Item2", "Item3", "Item4"],
     ["Item1", "Item2"]
    )

    you would need to rename to your needs. this code goes in the items property of the dropdown

    Let me know if my answer helped solving your issue.

    If it did please accept as solution and give it a thumbs up so we can help others in the community.
