Date from Access Web App not showing in PowerApps

Hello,

My PowerApp is connected to an Access Web App, but the date from the web app is not showing up in the PowerApp. I think this has something to do with the SQL Azure labe of "date" instead of "datetime", but I'm not sure how to fix this. Can someone help?

Thanks.

    Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for reporting this issue. There is an known issue with SQL's "Date" types not displaying properly on PowerApps and we are working on a fix within the next few releases. If you are reasonably able to, please use "DateTime" in the meantime.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

Hi, I have having the same issue where date fields from an Access Web App are not showing in PowerApps.  I've read several support articles that say to use "DateTime" sub-format, but that doesn't seem to work for me either.  However, I don't know if I'm applying it in the right place.  In Access, I am opening the table that contains the dates, and then changing the date field's sub-type to Date with Time.  When I republish the web app, and go back to PowerApps and add the date field, it still does not show.

I've also tried to apply the "DateTime" to the field when I add it to my PowerApps app; however, I can't seem to get the syntax correct.

This is just a simple date field, but I can't seem to figure out how to get it to display in my PowerApp.

Correction, this has not yet been fixed in version 2.0.600.

    Any idea when?

Strangely it seems we can now Patch to date only columns but not see them.
