Create Lookup to Email Template (Template) table/entity reference

Has anyone have any thoughts how to add lookup in a custom table to the standard table Email Template (Template)?
Being a reference table it does not allow new relationships to be added.

    did you tried using the classic version of solution management? If i'm not wrong in the wold way is possible. If you can't you can try to create a lookup of type polymorphic.
