Adobe Acrobat Sign not returning to Power Automate after sign in

I had a flow working well, but the connection is broken now.

I click Sign In to the Adobe Acrobat Sign connector, it authenticates, then just stays on the Adobe Acrobat page. It doesnt return back to Power Automate with an authenticated connection.

I can sign in to Adobe Acrobat with a web browser OK. I can upload document for eSign OK also.

I click to sign in

Ran into this issue today myself. I was able to solve it based on the account type used. For reference I am the administrator of our Adobe Sign group as well as a user. If I signed in as either the "Adobe Sign group admin" or "Adobe Sign account admin" I had the same error where it went to the document library. However, when I signed in as just a user it worked fine.

What did you select for account type? If it wasn't user, I'd suggest giving that a try

Thanks for the reply. I tried all 3 account types.

What level of Adobe Acrobat Sign license do you have? I am using business.

Do you have a premium MS Power Automate license?

I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro license (which includes Adobe Sign). The Sign in type is a "Business ID".

As far as Power Automate licenses are concerned here's how I'm setup. I have a Power Apps per user license (which I believe includes premium Power Automate connectors w/in an app but not outside of the app). The flow I'm testing that allowed be to sign in is outside of any Power App...so I believe the ultimate answer to the license question is: no, I don't have a premium Power Automate license.

I'm using Power Automate which comes with the E3 license. It shows that certain connectors are Premium.

Sounds like you are using the same licensing as me for both Power Automate and Adobe Acrobat Pro with ESign

Ive been running in to this issue a lot lately. Really makes me furious as then all flows are down.
I have no idea how to solve the issue.

Sometimes i guess im lucky and it just works. Other times i sit here for hours loging in and out.... makes me crazy.

    **bleep**ing solve the problem, Adobe.

OK, I figured it out.  At the bottom of the Adobe log in pop up inside of Power Automate there was a red oval Adobe icon that I clicked and I got signed in.

I got mine working. If i try and create a new connector from the connections page i got this problem. So i created a new flow with an adobe sign action and the trigger and from there created a new connection and it worked. I created the connection by selecting create connection from the copilot bar that shows up on the right
