Copilot is stuck in a loop

Hi,

So, I copied my bot to move it from PVA to Copilot. However, my bot is stuck in a single topic when I use it. I have turned offer the conversation boosting because I thought that might be the issue, however, the bot is still stuck in a loop.

I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the bot however the bot simply picked up still stuck in the loop.

I have attached pictures of what happens when I say Hi to the bot, which is populating the previous topic. I also included a partial screenshot of the topic I am stuck in. I know on PVA, I had this issue before, and the problem was with the end conversation not being present for all other conditions.

@AlinaMartin what phrases or trigger do you have for that topic?

For the topic that is appearing, the trigger phrases are:
Be friendly
be warm
warm & friendly
be warm and friendly
general warm and friendly.

Sometimes, after I publish, I go into my Teams and type restart just to clear everything previous out. When you type 'Hi', this should trigger the Greeting-depending on how you may or may not have changed up the Greeting Topic. Also, it might be worth looking at what the Conversation Start Topic is doing and the Fallback. This larger topic might be connected somehow

Hi yes of course I tried the greeting and start over many times. I am also trying the end topic control as well.

Is this functionality operational in the Copliot Studio test canvas?
Additionally, please review the session logs to pinpoint any potential issues.
Typically, when it's stuck in a loop, it will iterate 100 times before throwing an error.

I sort of fixed the loop issue.
I added End conversation then end all topics to the end of conversation topic. I have the end of conversation topic on all other conditions on all of the question cards.

Now the only issue is that I am receiving the InvalidDialogInterruption error when the user tries to move to another topic.
