Lately, I have been working with Copilot Studio and its generative AI capabilities using a CSV file as a dataset, which contains: Item Numbers, Item Names, and Item Groups. I have been testing it out, and regardless of the dataset's size, sometimes it is able to answer a question and sometimes it is not. For instance, when I ask for the name of a specific item number, sometimes it provides the name and sometimes it doesn't. This occurs using the default Conversational boosting topic.
First of all, I was wondering what might be causing this, and what alternative or better way there is to go about this. Thanks!
