See screenshot below, this column was created a while ago when power fx formula column supports calculation of currency on related entity. It still works fine without issue, the column was saved, until recently when I want to modify it, it says it's no longer support it and I cant even modifying it!!

Very annoying!!

Based on the formula columns (preview) documentation, the currency and date data types aren't currently supported.

Formula columns for the currency columns are still in preview, so there will be some changes going on and I recommend not using it at the moment until it goes GA in Ded 2023. Until then, it would be easier just to switch back to the classic calculated column.
