Are the tables in the Dataverse accessible to Office 365 E3 license users via the PowerApps platform?

    Hello, @sam16, No, they are not. Dataverse uses Premium Connection and require Premium License. 

    If you are using Dataverse for Teams inside the Teams environment that is covered by the Teams license.  But full Dataverse is a Premium connector and requires a Premium per app or per user license.
